*The Process of Collaboration, a 3-day Seminar, is offered monthly in small-tailored classes of 10-15 people, building on existing skills while addressing individual and agency needs. The Process links leadership, community organizing, program development and grant writing.
*1/2 Day~Grant Writing as a Process provides a better understanding of collaboration & grant writing process. Topics include: Healthy Collaborations, How Community & Program Dev. Relate to Grant Writing, Innovative Program Development, Types of Grant, Ethics, Team approach to Grants, and Q & A Panel.

This course will teach you everything you need about board governance to be a healthy, productive organization and to stay there . Ten Basic Responsibilities of Nonprofit Boards will be presented using materials from BoardSource by C10 BoardSource certified staff.

Fall Funders’ Forum and Alumni Networking Gathering
3-day conference brings the “largest gathering of Funders in the Nation” with representatives from 40+ private, state and federal sources face-to-face with reps from agencies needing grants. This allows for research, Training, and Guidance from Funders for Program and Grant Development. Funders serve on panels, provide one-on-one consultations, and offer information at exhibit tables. Networking between attendees often results in new collaborations, multiplied services, and improved quality of life in rural communities.
